Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and Cardio Fusion workouts will energize and redefine your body. Choose from 5, 10, 20, 30, 45 and 60 minute classes to fit your schedule. Also, access exclusive programs such as Svelte U, BootyBarre, Quick Body Blasts and Self-Care Intensives. Weekly videos will be released along with monthly workouts and downloadable calendars to keep you motivated and on track.

Pregnancy:
Check out our pre and post pregnancy workouts to safely exercise throughout pregnancy and get back in shape postnatal. Workouts consist of strength training and flexibility with core training from Pilates.
